Synopsis:

Bedtime can sometimes be a stressful time both parents and kids alike dread but it doesn't have to be! Nightlights is perfectly designed for parents to introduce their children (4-8 years) to peaceful meditation and personal enlightenment all through 20 wonderful and fully-illustrated adventures. Each tale encourages children to focus their minds, release their worries, believe in themselves and trust in the world around them! Nightlights can nurture and enhance the natural bond of closeness between parent and child as they read together; or inspire a creative and spiritual independence for older children as they read to themselves. Let your child tap into their boundless creativity and inner calm with these beautiful tales, created by experienced and passionate children s authors, Anne Civardi, Kate Petty, Joyce Dunbar and Louisa Somerville.
