Betrayal often occurs very early in life—during the first seven years. Time and again, betrayal is then repeated in adulthood, especially in relationships with significant others, due to the subconscious self-programming of the victim. But there is help, hope, and healing.
This book draws on the author’s own experiences with betrayal and tells how she moved beyond those debilitating wounds to become resilient. Her goal is for everyone who has experienced betrayal to know they can overcome the toxicity and go on to heal and thrive.
Truly resilient people can bounce back from adversity and go on to create the joyful, productive lives they were meant to lead. They can meet change and embrace it rather than fear it. In this book you will find practical healing tools and techniques to help you rise to resilience and free yourself from the inner trauma toxic relationships have brought on.
