About this Item
Pre-tour, detailing forthcoming fixtures and player profiles of the 1935/36 tour of Great Britain. Includes history and records of previous tours, from 1888 onwards, and many team and individual photographs. This was a hugely successful trip for the All Blacks, winning 25 out of 28 matches, though they did lose two Test matches to Wales and England. The only club side to beat them was Swansea. Small folio. 48pp. Many illustrations and adverts. Original thickened paper covers, sl rubbed. Staples mostly rusted away thus some of inner pages are lose. A very good copy. Seller Inventory # 21340
