Supplied with a dust-jacket from a later reprint edition.; Second edition (in same year as the first edition). No date [1929]. 128, (2) pages + frontispiece + 9 illustrations on 8 leaves + in-text illustrations. Brown cloth boards with black lettering on front board. "The thought of writing a small book on Rugby Football has often come across my mind during the last twenty-five years, when I have been reading from time to time the rubbish which accounts itself football history in most books on the subject written in New Zealand.
