The Wheel is always turning.
The Moon is always speaking.
This is your invitation to listen.
The New Witch's Guide to Sabbats and Esbats is a grounded, intuitive guide to living in
rhythm with the seasons and the Moon. Rather than presenting witchcraft as a collection of rigid
rules or complicated rituals, this book invites you into a living relationship with the natural cycles
that shape energy, intention, and transformation.
Inside, you'll explore the Wheel of the Year in depth, with expansive chapters on each
Sabbat-from Yule's quiet rebirth to Samhain's sacred endings-rooted in meaning, history, and
spiritual symbolism. Each Sabbat chapter offers seasonal wisdom, altar inspiration, rituals both
simple and elaborate, spellwork, journaling prompts, and everyday ways to honor the turning
year without overwhelm.
The book then moves into Esbats and lunar magic, guiding you through the Moon's influence
on emotion, intuition, and spiritual power. Dedicated chapters on New Moon, Full Moon, Waning
Moon, and Dark Moon work teach you how to align intention, release, rest, and transformation
with the Moon's natural rhythm-without forcing outcomes or chasing perfection.
Whether you are deepening an existing practice or seeking a more connected, sustainable way
to honor the seasons and the Moon, The New Witch's Guide to Sabbats and Esbats offers a
steady companion for the journey.
