Store description
Welcome to Fern Villa Books. We specialise in pre-owned, vintage and collectable books, with a changing selection that may include history, biography, literature, reference works, antiquarian titles, local interest books, specialist non-fiction and unusual finds. Each book is carefully checked before listing, and I aim to describe the condition honestly, including any notable wear, inscriptions, marks, foxing, loose pages, dust jacket damage or other age-related features. Many of the books we sell are older used books, so signs of previous ownership should be expected, but I always try to give clear photographs and accurate descriptions so you know exactly what you are buying. I believe books should be preserved, read, collected and passed on. Whether you are looking for a reading copy, a replacement volume, a gift, a research item or something interesting for your collection, I hope you find something worth keeping. New stock is added regularly, so please feel free to browse my other listings.…
