Cloth hardcover has color fading and fraying/tearing can be seen at corners, edges, and spine. Plastic protective cover added later to cloth hardcover has caused tape residue damage on inside covers and end paper. Penciled name of previous user on front end paper. Pages otherwise clean without notes or highlighting. Book block remains bound by end paper but the bulk of the block is separated from spine and chunking occurs.
