Text is overall clean and bright with the occasional thumb smudge. Small water mark tips the outside margin for about fifty pages starting at about page 200. It's a charming book, despite its obvious flaws. 700 pages containing the whole vocabulary in general use with copious selections of scientific, technical and commercial terms and others lately brought into use with their pronunciation figured.
