K-Grade 3 | Ostrich and Plat begin their adventure with an unexpected meeting in Erahm Christopher’s first children’s book, New Friends. Ostrich is tall, fast, outspoken and struggles with anxiety and self-doubt. Plat is short, slow, soft-spoken and is overcome with curiosity and awkwardness. Despite their distinct differences and emotional challenges, each page turns their accidental encounter into a meaningful friendship. New Friends is the first book in an original series to help children and adults spark courageous conversations about our beautiful peculiarities and mental health.
