Print on Demand. This book presents an enriched course of study for elementary school students that helps develop ethical and cognitive skills. The author, an educational theorist of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, considered this book a response to the weak standard of education at the time. In the author's opinion, improvements to the school curriculum must occur for American society to continue progressing. This book will appeal to educators seeking a holistic approach to elementary education. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book.…
