Review
Adopting a multi-syllabus approach [NCEC 3] manages to successfully combine various activities and exercises in an interesting and visually stimulating manner...The topics are all handled very sensitively, use multi-cultural examples and are up to date....[NCEC 3] has the potential to be of great use for both students and teachers alike. Laura Une, Dip Ed. Student, LaTrobe University. In: VATME Newsletter, 3/94
