Maroon leather-like (mottled effect) boards with gold gilt lettering on the spine, have very minor edgewear, slightly bumped, rubbed at corners and spine edges. 381 pages text very clean and tight. Colorful pictorial dust jacket has only minimal edgewear/handling. "The Black American Council is hereby authorized to negotiate with the United States of America for the creation of a separate and independent state.for American citizens of African descent."
