An imaginative picture book that explains the brain's memory consolidation through a playful story for ages 4-8.
Why do we feel foggy or grumpy after a short night of sleep? Have you ever wondered what happens inside your brain when you fall asleep? Meet Nopa and his new teammate Kico-two "little neurons" inside the brain! Follow along as their team takes on the challenging night shift finishing the "Hippocampal Reset".
In this vibrant and captivating story, young readers are invited into the workshop inside the brain-where little helpers work through the night, sorting and organizing all the knowledge and experiences collected throughout the day.
We Need Time, Please! - Night Shift in the Brain is a beautifully illustrated adventure that turns a complex scientific concept into an easy-to-follow story. It's perfect for helping children understand the importance of a good night's sleep and appreciate the incredible work their brain does while they're sleeping.
Helpful for parents, teachers, and caregivers who want to share the importance of sleep with young readers in a fun way.
