With six kids between us, one thing that has been extremely difficult to navigate is how to get our children to understand that just because we show their sibling attention or affection, it doesn't mean we love them any less!

Kids don't know how to tell you they feel jealous and want attention too. Instead they cry, scream, throw things, or throw a full on tantrum to get your attention.

Teaching our kids emotional regulation is super important to the both of us. When kids know how to communicate their feelings, irregardless of what those feelings are, it makes it easier for you as a mom to know what to do.

We wrote this book for our kids and hope that it will be helpful for you when trying to teach your children how to deal with feelings of jealousy between each other.
