Veland Ramadani is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at the Faculty of Business and Economics, South-East European University, North Macedonia. His primary areas of research focus on entrepreneurship, family businesses, innovation, and sustainability. Dr. Ramadani has an extensive body of work to his name, having authored or co-authored over 140 research articles, 80 book chapters, 15 textbooks, and 31 edited books. His research contributions are notably featured in prestigious academic journals, including the Journal of Business Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Technology in Society, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research, and Review of Managerial Science, among others. Furthermore, his research influence is underscored by his consistent inclusion among the World's Top 2% of the most influential researchers, as determined by Elsevier and Stanford University for the last four consecutive years. Dr. Ramadani has remained actively engaged in various projects, including those funded by the European Union and universities in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates. Additionally, he regularly offers consultancy services to private companies.
Abdylmenaf Bexheti is a full professor of Public Finance and Macroeconomics at the Faculty of Business and Economics, South-East European University, Republic of North Macedonia. Dr. Bexheti has published six books as a sole author and several books as co-author, more than 65 research papers, 55 projects, and more than 250 analysis and columns in different newspapers. During the period 1996–1998, Dr. Bexheti has been firstly a Minister for Development and then a Minister for Transport and Communication in the Government of Republic of Macedonia. He has also been a full member of Macedonian Academy of Science since 2012 and correspondent member of the Academy of Arts and Science of the Republic of Kosovo from 2021. His recent books are Public Finance (2nd edition), Economic Development (special chapter), and Economic Thinking.
Hyrije Abazi-Alili is a professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics, South-East European University, North Macedonia. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Staffordshire University, UK. She teaches undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in economics and econometrics. She has published in Journal of Business Research, International, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, among others. She was an affiliate fellow at CERGE-EI, Prague for the period 2014–2020. Her research interests include economics of innovation, ICT, entrepreneurship, labor market, gender, social issues, etc., with advanced application of econometric models. She authored numerous research articles in highly ranked journals, international conferences, and book chapters. She was also engaged as a senior expert in several international projects: EU Projects, IPA, UNDP, RRPP, among others.
Carmem Leal is an assistant professor and director at the Department of Sociology, Economics, and Management, University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD), Portugal. She also serves as a researcher at the Centre for Transdisciplinary Development Studies (CETRAD). Her research interests focus on knowledge management and transfer in innovation ecosystems for firms, managers, or employees. She has published in several management journals and international conferences
Carlos Peixeira Marques is an associate professor of Marketing at the Department of Sociology, Economics, and Management and a researcher at the Centre for Transdisciplinary Development Studies, University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD), Portugal. His research interests focus on the attitudes and behaviors of business stakeholders, such as managers, employees, and consumers. He has published research in management and tourism in Current Issues in Tourism, Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing, Journal of Destination Marketing and Management, International Journal of Wine Business Research, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, among others

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to moluna, Greven, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
