Reviews:

Mimi Kuo Deemer - Author of Qigong and the Tai Chi Axis: Nourishing Practices for Body, Mind and Spirit

“Nature Flow takes its readers on a gentle journey of body, mind and spirit. With each beautifully illustrated page, young readers are invited to explore nature through simple qigong exercises such as separating clouds, embracing trees, flying like wild geese, or shaking like a wild horse. These intention-led practices can awaken their imaginations, allowing them to root into the gardens and forests of their bodies, or soar high into the spirit of their skies. Using mindful instructions and easy-to-follow movements, Nature Flow will introduce ways to energies and rebalance children in compassionate, grounding ways.”

“...I want to get one for every single classroom. In my school, we have calming corners in every class where students can take a breather and reflect. They’re utilized at the child's choice and they have resources and tools to help them self-regulate and THIS book is perfect for that. It is inspiring and equips children with skills that will help them for the rest of their lives."
