"After 6 years of unstoppable panic attacks, I am now panic free! I recommend this book to anyone that wants to rid their panic, anxiety and depression!" - Jake M.
"If you want to know ALL about the nature of Panic Disorder and explained in a friendly but concise way, this is the book for you! It gave me a lot of courage to face down that nasty fear and learn not to be afraid of it. Would recommend to anyone." -Harriett G
Do you lie awake most nights constantly worrying about every little thing? Maybe your heart is beating too quickly? Maybe you feel a weird little pain in your leg that you never felt before? A zapping feeling across your chest or a headache that hurts more than usual? You may feel like the world is crashing down around you, but you don’t know why?
Have you been to the hospital or Urgent Care several times over the past year, only for doctors to tell you that everything is fine?
“It all checks out”, they always say. “You’re healthy, it’s all in your head!”
You are probably one of the millions of people around the globe that suffer from some form of anxiety or depression.
You would be amazed and surprised at how many of us are out there!
I have helped a great deal of people over the years and, believe me, anxiety and depression do not discriminate. It does not matter what the color of your skin is, what nationality you are, what genre of politics you side with, what your gender is, what your sexual orientation is and not even what your religion is. Honestly, even psychiatrists and psychologists suffer from anxiety and depression and you would never even know it. There is a stigma in society surrounding anxiety and depression. So many people have it, yet no one wants to talk about it. The ones that do not have it, do not know how to handle those of us that do.
