Ahvakana (Inupiaq), Jim Jackson (Klamath), Doug Hyde (Assiniboine, Nez Perce, Ojibwe), James Lavadour (Walla Walla), Rick Bartow (Wiyot, Yurok), Hock E Aye Vi Edgar Heap of Birds (Cheyenne), Kay WalkingStick (Cherokee), Marie Watt (Seneca), Truman Lowe (Winnebago), Jim Charlie (Salish), Judy BlueHorse Skeleton (Nez Perce, Cherokee), and Sara Siestreem (Hanis Coos). Also includes some description of the history and function of the NASCC, which was designed by architects StastnyBrun and completed in the fall of 2003. Its mission is to provide a location where Native American, Alaskan Native and Pacific Islander students connect to other students, faculty, staff and community members in an inclusive and supportive environment.
