The late Sam C. Sarkesian was most recently professor emeritus of political science at Loyola University Chicago. John Allen Williams is professor of political science at Loyola and chair and president of the Inter-University Seminar on Armed Forces and Society. Stephen J. Cimbala is distinguished professor of political science at the Pennsylvania State University-Brandywine Campus.
