- Book 2 of 3: The Clover Hollow
Brigid has been visiting Clover Hollow for three years.
She comes on market days, stays until mid-afternoon, and tells herself she is simply fulfilling an arrangement with the hollow's elf guardians. She knows everyone's name. She knows which bench gets the morning sun and which path floods in heavy rain. She knows exactly how Róisín takes her tea.
She does not let herself think about what it means that she knows these things.
But the hollow has been patient. And the elves, it turns out, have known about Brigid far longer than she realised. Longer than the arrangement, longer than her first visit, longer than she is entirely comfortable with. When the truth of why she was brought here finally surfaces, Brigid must ask the question she has been avoiding for three years: was she chosen for herself, or only for what she carries?
And if the answer is both, can she let that be enough?
The Naming of Clover Hollow is a cozy fantasy of old magic, hidden folk, and the particular courage it takes to stop being a visitor in the place you already love. With a talking cat who has opinions about everything, a Yorkshire Terrier who has opinions about considerably less, and a tea shop where the right cup always seems to find you, the hollow is waiting.
It always has been.
A cozy fantasy that will stay with you long after the last page.
Perfect for fans of Legends & Lattes by Travis Baldree and Emily Wilde's Encyclopaedia of Faeries by Heather Fawcett.
The Naming of Clover Hollow is a cozy fantasy novel about belonging, old magic, and what happens when a place refuses to let you leave.
Book Two of the Clover Hollow series.
