he main album is a standard 8 1/2" x 11", portrait orientation, with 111 photographs (including a few loose photos tucked in), over 35 leaves/70 pages, in decent condition but the rear cover has come loose from the spiral binding. The spiral is covered by the cover s spine so it is externally fine. The second album is smaller - 9 3/4" x 6", landscape orientation. The upper rings of the internal spiral have come loose from both covers but if handled gently no further loosening need occur. This secondary album contains 16 photographs (including one tucked-in loose photo) over 10 leaves/20 pages. We are gathered to celebrate the union of Mr. & Mrs. J. B. Abiola, according to the only text we are granted - on the inside front cover of the larger album. From a few signs, newspapers and license plates in the background, we can ascertain that the ceremony took place in Lagos; timestamps on a few photos date this to 1998. All attendees are garbed in their church finest, with many different colorful patterns and designs, textiles and fabrics. We get a few photos of the loving couple exploring the city, and its beach. Perhaps Mr. Abiola is a navy man, as they are aboard a battleship of some sort in a few of the pictures, among sailors in their ceremonial whites. There would seem to have been two ceremonies: one formal, legal, at a marriage registry, attended by only a few close family members and friends; and another, or more than one, gathering with a larger group, more raucous and informal. In the second, smaller album, time has passed and the scene has shifted. Mr. Abiola is pictured in a Northern European city, but perhaps they are passing through, and not taking up residence. Our couple are again in ceremonial garb but different from what they wore earlier; and in the background of one image hangs a sign that reads "Congratulations Happy 10th Anniversary". Additionally, there is a b&w photo of a toddler in a diaper. A few photos in this volume appear to be spillovers from the first album.

Statutory Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, House of Mirth Photos, 116 Pleasant Street, Suite 142, 01027, Easthampton, Massachusetts, U.S.A., +1 4133203830, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or House of Mirth Photos, 116 Pleasant Street, Suite 142, 01027, Easthampton, Massachusetts, U.S.A., +1 4133203830, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
