With four pillars of AI-Native Infrastructure and a practical 90 days roadmap for rebuilding an organization, this book reveals how market leaders are creating permanent competitive advantages through reorganization.
THE AI REVOLUTION ISN'T FAILING BECAUSE OF AI. IT'S FAILING BECAUSE OF ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE. More than 70% of enterprise AI initiatives never deliver the value they promise. Organizations spend millions on pilots, platforms, consultants, and cutting-edge models - only to watch projects quietly disappear before they ever transform the business. Why? Because most companies are trying to bolt artificial intelligence onto infrastructure that was never designed to support it.
In this book you discover the executive blueprint for enterprise AI transformation, AI governance and digital strategy through data modernization, intelligent automation and organizational redesigning innovation. New leaders use AI operating models, decision intelligence, knowledge management, and scalable AI adoption to adapt their enterprise to new artificial intelligence overcoming.
Written specifically for executives - not engineers - this book removes the technical jargon and delivers a practical framework for leading AI transformation with confidence.Whether you're a CEO, CIO, CTO, Chief Architect, Board Member, Digital Transformation Leader, or Enterprise Executive, this book will fundamentally change how you think about AI, business architecture, and the future of competitive advantage to prepare organizations for the future of artificial intelligence.
THE NEW ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE ERA, reveals why today's biggest competitive advantage isn't choosing the newest AI model - it's redesigning your organization to become AI-native.
Inside this executive playbook you'll discover:
• Why most AI transformations fail before reaching production
• The hidden "Bolt-On Trap" destroying enterprise innovation
• The Four Pillars of AI-Native Infrastructure every executive must understand
• A practical 90-day roadmap to rebuild your organization around Foundation Models
• Governance, leadership, risk management, and organizational design for the AI age
• How tomorrow's market leaders are creating permanent competitive advantage
The companies that win this decade won't be the first to adopt AI. They'll be the first to rebuild themselves to deserve it.

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
