Books have very mild rubbing to edges of spine, mild rubbing to corners of cover, mild scuffing to cover, mild toning to edgeblock, very small creases to top corners of pages 341-354, very mild bumping to corners of cover, a modest rip to front endpage (just surface of paper), a small tear to edge of front endpage (~ 1/2"), 2 mils creases running length of front endpage, a mild crack to hinge (pg.132, 228, 340, & 356) dust jacket has modest toning throughout, modest tearing to hinge of spine and spine, modest tearing to hinge of front insert, and mild chipping to edges of spine. otherwise book is in good condition with clean pages and a clean cover, and dust jack is now protected in an archival cover. *Photos available upon request. Apparently this is the last of the Audel's editions on steam engines. "The subject matter .is not arranged in chapters, but according to the more natural order best designed to explain at greater or less length the different themes discussed. .
