Being a woman is no easy feat. Tack on the role of motherhood, and you should pretty much add a super hero cape. Whether career-focused or a stay-at-home mom, our plates are running over. As a busy wife, mother, small business owner, and author, Dr. Jade L. Ranger shares valuable and inspirational tips about how to live a healthy and balanced life in the midst of juggling it all. This part self-help book, part memoir goes into detail about the real-life struggles of the Super Woman Syndrome, managing anxiety, and coping with the everyday stressors that we all deal with in the modern world. In addition, Dr. Ranger highlights how these challenges are amplified for women of color. Take a deep dive into important conversations that you may have already had with some of your best girlfriends, or maybe just thoughts that you have kept to yourself. No matter where you are in your life's journey, this book has great advice for every woman.
Presented in a conversational tone, Dr. Ranger's guidance includes many examples from own life experiences. Her goal is for women to feel uplifted, and also understand that they are not alone in their everyday struggles. All of her tips are faith based, coming from a Christian point of view.
