Hardback with dust jacket. Dust jacket has tearing at top and bottom of spine and is worn on all edges. Spine is tight. Pages are clean, no markings, notes or stains but there is a tear through several pages that make some pages stick together and need to be handled with care. Book also comes with a small vinyl record. unable to find a picture of the dust jacket. Inside front cover is is a signature on the upper right corner. Ships from Friends bookstore to benefit Beaverton (Oregon) library.
