Former copy of W.T. Dempster: Manhattan Project staff member, scientist for defense department, and faculty member of University of Michigan Department of Anatomy. Facsimile edition annotated by Cushing and Streeter. Volume IV of Monumenta Medica, edited by Henry E. Sigerist. Bound in half leather with green boards and spine stamped in gilt. Top edge gilt. Text block is in fine condition, with Dempster's bookplate on front paste-down endpaper. Minor wear to corners, head and heel, and along edges of spine. Small spot on back board. 6 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches. 98 pages.
