This book conveys the following contents clearly and powerfully.

1. What is enlightenment, really? How does enlightenment transform me? : Enlightenment is never something abstract or vague. It is more concrete and clear than anything else in the world, and naturally, it is something that actually exists. MuRu provides the clearest and most concrete guidance about the enlightenment he has personally achieved, about that actual enlightenment existing in past and present. MuRu's guidance is a certain and powerful teaching that will naturally lead anyone to enlightenment if they follow it sincerely. It reveals the fundamental aspects of how the pursuit and achievement of enlightenment actually brings about changes in us, how it helps us, how it brings healing, and how it makes us happy. Enlightenment can be achieved, and through achieving enlightenment, we are completely transformed.
2. 'The 4 Essential Elements for Attaining Actual Enlightenment' and the Correct Method of Pursuing Enlightenment : Anyone can attain enlightenment if they pursue it correctly and properly. This is the most important part and the most important fact. It is a 'natural' process, just like when you plant a living seed in the ground and provide water, air, and sunlight-naturally it will sprout when the time comes and eventually bear fruit. When properly pursued, achieving enlightenment is as natural as nature itself. Many people fail to attain enlightenment despite pursuing it for a long time. The reason is that they have not properly equipped themselves with the essential elements that enable actual enlightenment to occur. To use an analogy, it's because they haven't planted a 'living seed.' Another reason is that even if they planted the seed properly, they didn't adequately provide water, air, and sunlight. Then naturally, no fruit can be borne. What seekers of enlightenment need is to clearly know the 'essential elements necessary for enlightenment' and the 'elements that hinder enlightenment.' Otherwise, they will continue to waste time and effort in vain, or remain stuck in place for a long time. Because there is no progress or change, at some point they either give up on enlightenment, or delude themselves into thinking they have changed and gained understanding-that they have attained enlightenment-when in reality they haven't. This is a loss to themselves more than anyone else. The key point is: 'If you pursue properly, you will definitely attain enlightenment within a set period.'
3. How does the pursuit of enlightenment and the achievement of enlightenment help human individuals and groups? : Just as enlightenment is not something vague or abstract but the clearest thing, the help and usefulness that the pursuit of enlightenment and enlightenment itself provide to humans are also concrete and clear. This is especially true in the future when various innovative scientific and technological developments are expected. This book shows in detail what specific help enlightenment provides to both human individuals and groups. It explains how enlightenment heals human wounds, strengthens consciousness, fosters mutual goodwill, solves problems of individuals and groups, and brings happiness.
