Dr. Murray is the head of the MS Clinic at Dalhousie University in Halifax. He is also the co-author of Multiple Sclerosis: The Guide to Treatment and Management. Together they bring a wealth of experience in working with the special needs of people with a new diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.
