A Very Good copy of this classic work. New and Improved Edition, 546th Thousand. Not dated but probably late 1890's to 1900. Boards are age darkened with just a little wear to corner tips. Internally there is age toning to endpapers but generally pages are clean and unmarked. Binding is quite strong. 176 pages + 8 page publisher's catalogue. Numerous fascinating adverts to endpapers and pastedowns. A1B Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
