years find themselves facing a troubling decision: To move or not to move?
Naturally, these seniors find comfort in continuing to live in the home
that holds so many fond memories for them. But, as the years pass by,
they also find it more and more difficult to maintain their home as they
had in the past.
No one understands the dilemma seniors face better than Milwaukee-
Metro area real estate specialist Bruce Nemovitz. In his nearly thirty-year
career, he has helped thousands of seniors make the transition from their
family home to a new residence that suits both their needs and desires.
Moving in the Right Direction shares Bruce's experience and expertise
on the many issues involved when seniors consider moving from their
long-time home. Now seniors all across the country— as well as the
friends and family who care for them— can turn to this simple, direct,
and comprehensive guide as they make this important transition.
Written in a conversational style with several entertaining vignettes,
Moving in the Right Direction offers invaluable information that is specific,
usable, and thorough. Some of the featured topics are:
1) Downsizing a large household
2) Overcoming anxiety and procrastination
3) Assessing whether to fix up a home or sell "as is"
4) Locating professionals for every step of the moving process
5) Working through family issues
6) Finding the right type of housing
For seniors facing one of the important decisions in their life, Moving
in the Right Direction will show them how to move from a memorable
past into a bright future.
