This is a promotional bibliographic list of books in the Mosher Books series. The Mosher Books are "books in Belles Lettres issued in Choice and Limited Editions." The years 1891-1912 either represent the timespan of books covered in this pamphlet or how long the Mosher Books series has been active. Thomas Bird Mosher gives a brief introduction and quotes by literary figures are interspersed throughout. The text is principally composed of book lists that are part of the overarching Mosher Books series. For example, the first book list is "The Old World Series, 1895-1909," a series of fifty books, which is presented briefly as a list showing the titles of the books and the names of their respective authors. Following this is another sub-list which provides brief promotional synopses of each title in The Old World Series. Most, if not all, of the other book series in this pamphlet follow the same format. The other series named in this pamphlet are "The Brocade Series," "Reprints of Privately Printed Books, 1897-1902," "The Quarto Series, 1899-1904," "The Lyric Garland, 1903-1912," "The Vest Pocket Series," "The Ideal Series of Little Masterpieces," "The Venetian Series," "Miscellaneous, 1895-1912," "English Reprint Series" and "The Biblelot Series." Also included is promotional text for a single title, "The Biblelot.".
