Paperback. In a world that feels too loud and too heavy, Eve is drowning in silence. Haunted by the weight of her own mind and the scars no one can see, she fears the unknown. The dream of becoming an artist sparks after losing her job and sinking deeper into the weight of old wounds. She sends a hesitant application to a Fine Arts program-despite not having touched a paintbrush in years. When she travels to Italy for her sister's wedding, she receives news she never expected: she's been accepted. But her place depends on one thing-creating a painting that reflects her true artistic voice. Surrounded by the beauty of Tuscany, Italy, Eve embarks on a raw journey through self-doubt, trusting her creativity, and navigating the jagged edges of healing. And then she meets Adrian, gentle, patient, and captivated by her long before she realizes she's worthy of being seen at all. As friendship deepens into something tender and undeniable, their connection becomes both a comfort and a catalyst. With each brushstroke, Eve begins a quiet journey back to herself. But healing is never linear. Shadows from Eve's past stir, insecurities rise, and the lines between reality and imagination blur, forcing her to confront the fractured pieces she's tried to ignore. With lyrical prose, slow-burn romance, and an emotional exploration of art, love, and self-discovery, this debut novel follows one woman's fight to believe she can still create beauty-even from the broken parts.
