20 x 22 inches. Ca. 1917. Nice square sample of the attractive "Apple" pattern printed in several colors of blue and also with red-orange dots highlighting the apples. With the Morris & Co name printed twice at the outer edge. Folded several times, but when laid flat, not that noticeable. Several notations made on back in pencil, including the address: "Morris & Company, 17 George Street, Hanover Square, W.1," the address of the fashionable new shop which opened in London in 1917.
