THE SPLENDORS OF THE CITY OF LIGHT
From Notre-Dame to the Quai Branly Museum, the monuments of Paris bear witness to all the eras the city has known and are so many landmarks for avid urban walkers. Taking to the heights, Arnaud Chicurel and Pascal Ducept provide a new perspective on these palaces, towers, arches, and prestigious squares. By seeking out unusual angles and exceptional lighting, they show us a whole new side of the City of Light we thought we knew so well.
About the Author:
Arnaud Chicurel is a lecturer at the Louvre Museum and also a professional photographer whose images are regularly published in the press. He is the author of several works including Palais de Paris (Parigramme 2017).
