Cover: red card with silver lettering to front and rear, comb bound onto text block; very clean and bright for its age; small neat signature of previous owner to front; slightest bumping to all edges due to age. Internally: very clean (apart from a faint rust mark form a paper clip on first page) and tightly comb bound; small very discreet book plate to front inside cover, no other markings or inscriptions. 40 pp. Also includes: covering letter as above and 5 other items of advertising material loosely inserted. Landscape format.
