About the Author: Born in Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, India, Dr. Chandra Shekhar Tripathi is an alumnus of the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, Maharashtra. He joined the Indian Railway Medical Service and served in various divisional and zonal hospitals, also heading them before his retirement as HOD. He was Editor of the AFMC magzine Dhanvantari. A keen sportsperson, Dr. Tripathi played cricket at the university level and also at divisional and zonal levels of the Railways, where he been associated with the sports administration for several years. He is now setteled in Mumbai.
