About the Author

DR. EKUNDAYO, John M. O. John M. O. Ekundayo is a registered civil engineer turned organizational management and leadership researcher and consultant. He is a native of Ido - Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria and attended Oyemekun Grammar School, Akure where he passed out with a Grade One Distinction in 1980 and a first degree from the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Nigeria graduating in 1985. He holds a Master degree in Organizational Leadership from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia and a PhD in Management by Research from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Ekundayo JMO has up to three decades' experience in the practice of Civil Engineering Design, Supervision, Construction, Project Management, Marketing, Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in Nigeria, Singapore and Malaysia. He has served as Director, Monitoring and Evaluation in Lagos State for upward of 6 years overseeing on an annual basis up to 2,000 programmes and projects. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

Effects of withdrawal

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
