Item description from seller

Mass-market paperback, colorful illustration of American Indian warrior on front with orange and yellow sky background on front wrapper--powerful!, warrior close-up on back wrapper with yellow background, praise at bottom back from Oakland Tribune. 152 lightly browned pages, tiny tear to margin of first front end paper. Light creases to top front tip, very slight remnant of price written on front left, badly worn at spine top edge, tiny tear with slight wear at spine bottom right edge, red ink scribble at top back right, tiny tear and micronick at bottom back edge. Fictional account of one of Modoc battle for their homeland that killed more U.S. generals than any other conflict with Native Americans. Good copy.
