Do you ever feel that your world is so civilized you can't express yourself? That there is a part of you that needs to be remembered? Evelyn Rysdyk can help you understand and use this feeling to transform your life. She asserts that although most of us have been assimilated into our agriculturally-based society full of rules and regulations and community care, many of us still possess the urgent instincts of the hunter -- who lives in the moment -- and the gatherer -- who feels part of the great fabric of life and thrives on the uncertainties of the journey. You'll discover how to get in touch with these facets of your inner self and develop your personal creative energy by using shamanic journeying, meditation, movement, sound, and storytelling. Rysdyk offers a renewed way of living, full of richness, peace, health, and harmony for ourselves and the future of our planet.
