Most small business owners focus on profit—but profit doesn’t pay the bills, cash flow does.
In Mo-Mentum Principles, you’ll discover how to manage cash flow, financial statements, and sustainable growth through the story of Greg, a young entrepreneur struggling to keep his lawn care business afloat. When late payments, unexpected expenses, and cash shortages threaten his success, his Uncle Mo—a seasoned business owner and cycling enthusiast—steps in.
Instead of spreadsheets and lectures, Mo takes Greg on a series of bike rides, teaching real-world financial lessons that every entrepreneur needs to survive and thrive.
* How to track and time cash flow like a pro
* Why financial statements should guide decisions—not just compliance
* How to scale a business without running out of cash
* What to do when financial storms hit (and how to prepare in advance)
* How to build lasting value most small business owners overlook
“P&L shows what you earned. Balance Sheet shows what you have. Cash Flow Statement shows what moved. Together, they tell the complete story.” — Uncle Mo
Through engaging storytelling and actionable financial strategies, Mo-Mentum Principles reveals the cash flow secrets that separate thriving businesses from struggling ones.
Whether you’re launching your first startup, running a service-based business, or wondering why your profitable business still has cash flow problems, this book will change the way you think about money, momentum, and financial success.
Perfect for: Entrepreneurs, small business owners, service professionals, and anyone who wants to take control of their business finances.
