Paperback. In this exciting children's book, for ages 2-8, readers will join Misty on a thrilling adventure through the woods as she tries to find her way back home after becoming lost. The story begins with Misty as a curious and adventurous chocolate lab puppy who loves to explore her surroundings. One day, while playing in the woods near her home, Misty wanders off the beaten path and loses her way. She must use her wit and determination to find food and water, stay safe from predators, and navigate her way through the unfamiliar landscape. But despite the obstacles she faces, Misty refuses to give up hope. She sets out on a thrilling adventure to find her way back home, using her instincts and following her nose to guide her. Along the way, she meets new friends and discovers the beauty and danger of the natural world. As she nears her home, Misty's excitement grows, and readers will feel the tension and anticipation as Misty overcomes one final obstacle before bursting through the fence and into her family's yard.
