# 53570. "They landed on Earth to bring a new religion and way of life that would enable the terrestrial barbarians to take their place in the great life of the Galaxy. But humanity distrusted their motives, repudiated their objectives - and did its best to drive the missionaries back into space." 222+ pages. CONDITION: a bright, tight, square, uncreased, likely unread copy with negligible shelf-wear, compromised only by a bookstore stamp on the inside of the back cover and a bit of age-tanning on the insides of both covers - its pages uncompromised. This handsome copy is now in a clear, protective polypropylene bag.
