nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Misread Passages of Scripture: Second Series is a book written by James Baldwin Brown and published in 1871. The book is a collection of essays that discuss various passages from the Bible that have been misinterpreted or misunderstood. Brown, a prominent English preacher and theologian, uses his extensive knowledge of the Bible and its historical context to provide readers with a deeper understanding of these passages. The book is divided into chapters, each of which focuses on a different passage of scripture. Some of the topics covered in the book include the meaning of the word ''hell'' in the Bible, the interpretation of the parable of the prodigal son, and the true meaning of the phrase ''an eye for an eye''. The book is written in a clear and accessible style, making it suitable for both scholars and lay readers. Overall, Misread Passages of Scripture: Second Series is a valuable resource for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the Bible and its teachings. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.…
