Fair condition in publisher's paper covered boards, paper title labels on spines, bindings marked, rubbed and worn, title labels browned and chipped, little remains of the volume 2 label, occasional spotting of the text in volumes 3 to 6, heavy spotting and marks in volumes 1 & 2. Formerly in the Maynard Smith and Outram Smith Library with circular library stamp on the front free end-paper of each volume, ink reference numbers on each spine.
