No one knows exactly how you feel after your miscarriage, but this journal is designed to help you process some of the complex emotions that come in the days and weeks after you lose a baby. With 48 journaling prompts to get you writing, this book can help you sort your thoughts and feelings. If you are not ready for a specific prompt, you can always skip a page and come back later if it feels better. There are no rules here. Your experiences are valid and you are allowed to feel exactly as you do. This guided journal will help you to crystalize your experience with your miscarriage and hopefully help you process your feelings toward yourself, your baby, and the world around you.
This is your story as you write it.
This 100 page paperback journal has 48 guiding prompts for you to write about your baby, your experience with miscarriage, how you and your partner have been coping, support you have received (or haven't) from those around you, and where you go from here. Use these pages to help process things, at your own pace.
This journal is not a replacement for therapy or support from family and friends, or comfort from whatever higher power you believe in. But it can hold your hand in your grief. It can take some of the weight of your burden as you fill its pages with your own words. Whether purchasing for yourself or for a friend who has experienced the loss of a baby, this journal can help support any person who is going through the pain of a miscarriage.
