If you want to build a deeper connection with your spouse or partner, then keep reading…
The happiest moments in life and love are the moments when we can forget about our anxieties and just be present at the moment, whether that means biting into a delicious piece of fruit or staring into the eyes of the person you love. This special state of mind is known as mindfulness, and many people consider it the key to having a happy and fulfilling life, including passionate and deeply connected romantic relationships.
Unfortunately, the stresses and distractions of daily life get in the way of being fully present. Two people that once felt passionate about each other get distracted by routine and stuck in a rut. All too often, we get stuck repeating unconscious behavior patterns that damage our relationships and make us unhappy. Hundreds of years ago, monks and other spiritual teachers developed mindfulness exercises to help their students overcome unconscious patterns and really engage with the present moment. Many people have found mindfulness a powerful tool for taking their romantic relationships to the next level.
Mindful Relationship Habits: The Most Important Principles to Improve Your Relationship and Grow Reciprocal Empathy is your complete guide to the ancient practice of mindfulness and what it can do to make your relationship more passionate, intimate, and committed today. This book will show you how to reconnect with your partner and rediscover what brought you together in the first place. It can also help you get a lot more out of your daily life, which will help make your relationship more vibrant and filled with joy.
Mindful Relationship Habits includes:
