The next big thing in thinking from the best-selling author of Megatrends and Megatrends 2000. John Naisbitt explains the attitudes and skills anyone can use (in whatever walk of live) to anticipate the future and respond to the realities of globalization.
In recent years, as John Naisbitt gave speeches across all continents and advised political and business leaders across the world, he would be asked with greater and greater frequency ‘How do you know what you know? How do you go about making these insights? How can we learn the process?’ In Mind Set! he reveals how to develop and experience the power of 11 cognitive tools that will allow readers to understand the trends transforming their daily life and the world around them, so that they can anticipate and act on the future. The book is divided into 2 sections: the first deals with the 11 mindsets the author uses to help you see the future; in the second part he lays out five pictures of the future that outline the major global shifts that must inform everyone’s thinking.
