Rudy is an immigrant from Poland. In 1949 he entered the United States of America. He served for 20 years in the United States Army. He was given citizenship of the United States of America in 1954. After serving in the Army, on assignment to Germany, Korea and Vietnam, Rudy was honorably discharged as a Chief Warrant Officer. He served for four years as a Contract Specialist for the District Government and sixteen years as a Contracting Officer for the Department of Agriculture in Washington, D. C. This is Rudy's twelves book as a published author. His academic training consists of the following: BA University of Maryland Postgraduate work studies George Washington University.
