Are you exhausted from constantly trying to live according to someone else’s definitions, standards, and assumptions about life? What would it feel like to live by your own rules, and move towards your desired life on your own terms? Are you ready to believe that you deserve it?
If you have found yourself searching for things to make your life better, know that you are not alone. Author Elizabeth Miles spent years looking for any tool or resource that promised to bring success, happiness, better health, more money, etc. When "it" never showed up, she questioned why she kept spinning her wheels, never really achieving what she thought she wanted. Eventually realizing that she spent so much energy looking to other people for answers, she allowed herself time and space to sit down and reflect on what truly felt good (or bad) for her. The power to create the life of her dreams was in reach, and she just needed a way to connect with them.
She invites you to connect with those innermost pieces of your heart, too. That is where the magic truly begins, and is exactly why we are here right now.
Connect You: A Guide to Your Authentic Life is a guide, a roadmap, to help you piece together what makes you authentic and amazing, helping you tap into the power and possibility that exists within you.
- Honor your own definitions of success, in a way that motivates you to live the life you truly love.
- Examine your mindset, attitudes, and beliefs that stops you from taking action.
- Understand how you are using your time and energy, and choose if it’s in alignment with the path you really want to take.
- Set empowered goals, supporting the fun and flow that you want to see in your life.
Connect You: A Guide to Your Authentic Life is a workbook filled with content, activities, and questions to help you think about where you are now in life, where you want to go, and the steps you need to take to get there.
Your life matters! Live it in a way that feels authentically you. It’s time you achieved the success, happiness, and abundance you deserve. Connect you!
