English summary: This volume is the opener for the Migration and Integration series and aims at a disciplinary reintegration of relevant research. Many disciplines are concerned with migration and integration processes from various perspectives, with different methods and theoretical concepts. The present reader strives to settle these observable deficits and presents 13 contributions to migration and integration research from different disciplinary backgrounds. The constributions include the presentation of fundamental disciplinary approaches, questions and perspectives as well as concrete research questions in order to characterise the respective empirical or conceptual approaches.
